Laurel points out that I forgot to mention the type of plane we were in ... that's because I didn't know. A quick call to the other Dave confirms it was a 1998 Cessna 172S. I knew that it had four seats, but I sure wouldn't want to be in the back two!

Joe, I've been working on Dave toward that end for a couple of years. I think I made major progress with yesterday's flight. :)
Couple of problems ... 1. The motorcycle ended in a crash, remember? Don't want to follow that logic to an airplane. 2. The plane that Dave wants me to buy is 2.8 *million* dollars ... that's a tad high.
#3 reason to NOT buy an airplane....Mum would have a FIT!!!
But, Mum, then Dave could fly home more often! :)
P.S. Sorry about the Sooners.
I'd probably die from worry before he got here!
