We're heading to Long Beach tomorrow night (as in Long Beach, WA, not CA). We'll be staying with our friends Ryan and Nila -- their family has a house on the beach. The last time we stayed there, I put my head through the window (not on purpose), so I'm glad that we're invited back.

I could have sworn I told you, but that was more than a year ago (we just looked it up -- June 2003). Back then, I was at my maximum weight and was so tired all the time that I kept falling asleep at random intervals. I feel asleep while looking out the window, and my head fell forward and cracked it! We spent the next day, a Sunday, scurrying around Long Beach trying to find something that was open and sold the equipment to fix the window. In the end, we were able to repair it to a better-than-new state, but I still felt pretty bad.
