News flash: Stevie Nicks' closet explodes in West Seattle

Wow ... we never even knew it, but the "Mediterranean Festival" has been going on in West Seattle for 17 years (Photo album here). Tucked behind a high school, we almost walked right by it without noticing it -- but it was PACKED. People of all shapes and sizes, lots of women dressed in belly dancing costumes, and some great falafel ... Laurel ran into a woman from her old group at Microsoft who is dancing tomorrow, so we're going back! I'm taking more lenses and more memory cards tomorrow, too -- can't believe I ran out of space, there was so much to see.
