I remembered that you can not only stream from a webcam, but also from pretty much any media source -- such as a TV tuner card. So ... when you'd otherwise see boring darkness or no movement at all, you can now instead see boring public TV (I can't rebroadcast copyright material, of course) ... assuming I remember to flip the switch over.

Now I know so much about Sound Transit.
Unfortunately right clicking (otherwise known as CTRL-click on the Mac) doesn't bring up any controls for WMP on Safari so I have to mute my whole system to mute the webcam. Bummer.
