South Sound BMW - incredible service

We picked up the new bike yesterday and everything went smoothly. Somehow, though, we lost a saddlebag between Fife and West Seattle. And, even more remarkably, Dave and I didn't notice until this morning despite the fact that he parked it and I turned it around in the garage. Weird. We're still not sure how we missed that, but it's far more likely than the other conclusion - that someone got into our locked garage and took nothing but the bag, which only had papers in it, and then left and locked the garage behind him.

We called South Sound BMW and they just wowed us with customer service. They are replacing the bag (they were the last ones to put it on the rack). Neither Dave nor I expected anything like that. We just needed to find out how to order a new bag and key.
