We're going to need a better monkey

This morning I FINALLY got through the boss of Level 3 of Super Monkey Ball for the Wii.
Hopefully sometime before next Thanksgiving I will recover from the mental scarring of having to look at this:

Las Vegas 1/2 Marathon

What a fun race! Elvis sang the national anthem. Blue Man Group performed at Mile 3. Totally flat course. It was *cold* at the start of the race, but warmed up nicely. There were lots of runners - 8100 in the 1/2 and 4300 in the full. My time was border-line respectable - 2:05.

We did some other Vegas stuff during the trip. I won a $50 gift certificate from the Game Show Spectacular at the Hilton. Our friend Len was also in town. He was supposed to review the show and invited us along. Dave gambled and did the Star Trek Experience while Len and I watched the show. It was a little sad. On the other hand, I never thought I'd stand that close to Jamie Farr in my life.
